What is 7th Day Gaming?
We are North Texas’ newest and ultimate mobile gaming experience. We provide a premier gaming trailer capable of hosting up to 30 players across 9 TVs. We have the latest multiplayer games on the newest consoles, as well as retro games on the consoles parents grew up playing on.
What types of events do you host?
Birthday parties, team building events, corporate retreats, and youth church activities are all great examples of private events that we help elevate to the next level. However, we can also occasionally be found hosting an event open to the general public as well, including gaming tournaments and even watch parties. (March Madness anyone?)
What games are available? Can we provide our own games?
We keep up with the latest and most popular games, yet also keep a large collection of older games. If you have specific requests for your event, please let us know. Chances are we either have it or can get it before your party.
Do you require an electrical outlet or internet connection?
Our mobile gaming trailer is equipped with a commercial generator that provides all necessary power for all of the on-board components. We do provide our own internet hotspot but heavy online gaming can degrade the gaming experience. However, online gaming is not required. We have a huge selection of multi-player games that do not require an internet connection.
How much space is necessary?
We do require approximately 50ft of space for the trailer and truck hauling the trailer. Due to insurance requirements, we require parking on a public street. We do not park on driveways or private property without prior inspection and special arrangements.
How many guests can the gaming trailer accommodate?
We can generally accommodate approximately 25 players at a time. Some of the TVs are outside under an awning and may not be available in inclement weather, which will reduce this number.
Is there an age limit for guests?
We highly recommend all players be over the age of 6. Children under 6 should be accompanied by a parent at all times.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance of your event will receive a full refund of any payment. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Should inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances impact your event, you can reschedule your event within 180 days subject to schedule availability at no additional cost. No refunds are given after the start of an event.
What is your coverage area?
Our standard service area is within 35 miles of Melissa Texas. Our extended service area includes a 50 mile radius of Melissa Texas for an additional fee.
How do I book an event?
You can book your event online, or over the phone.
Online booking is available for events scheduled more than 3 days but less than 90 days from the current date. To book online, click the “Book Now” link on our website, select the number of hours you would like the trailer and the day and time of your event, and provide your contact information. Once the event time has been approved, you will receive a copy of our service agreement via email. Sign the service agreement and your booking is confirmed! In the event of a scheduling conflict, we will reach out to you to make alternative arrangements.
